first time purchase for this brand of stapler... Worked 20% of the time. Had to retun and get swingline brand instead

This paper is fine for laser printing. The finish feels nice even though it's only 20 lb. It would be great if it was available in at least 28 lb. Staples brand papers are just as good as the premium brands like Hammermill or HP.
