soon as i walked in the store an employee was walking by & asked if i needed assistance to find anything & led me right to the paper & even told me which to purchase as he asked what i was needing to print. That's the first time I was ever approached & appreciated the assistance.

Went to Staples for a minor purchase. Nancy (?) at the register was extremely helpful and went out of her way to give me info on the best paper for my needs and advise how to redeem my ink cartridge credits.
