Great paper deal

I look carefully for the rebate paper deals from Staples as these come in a timely manner for my paper usage. I use Staples for all ink paper and office supplies. I buy Staples products wherever available. The quality is always good and the prices are terrific! Staples staff is always helpful with finding products explaining usefulness of their products. They are also very helpful if there is a problem and they stay with it until the problem is solved. I really enjoy getting the credits for recycling ink cartridges.

Good paper at GREAT price

Much easier to carry than full case! Can't beat the price however would rather have carton holding the 5 reams. Without carton the edges/corners are at risk of being damaged. Not good if using in printer or copier.

Cheated out of rebate

When I bought this paper there was a rebate of all but $5 of the price. I was told since I was a Rewards Member that I would get my receipt and rebate filing information by email. 3 weeks and still no informatin. Staples.com customer service said they could not help. I guess it is time to stop shopping Staples totally!!

8.5x11 copy paper 5 ream case

I was shopping around for copy paper due to urgency. I found adds from different stores and price/quantity were my one stop shop special. I was totally out of copy paper and clipped out coupons. I checked a large department store but left there to use last day coupon. Right inside the doors was the special for the coupon I printed out. I didn't need to spend $25 or $50 in order to use the coupon. I picked up the 5 ream bundle and went to check out but had another coupon for cents off regular item. I needed security envelopes and at check out I could use both coupons. The cashier was the friendliest ever and happy to make my purchase with Staples.
