I don't know which carrier you used to send our order but they set it at the bottom of our stairs and didn't even bother to let us know they had delivered it. I got an email saying it was delivered and asked the girls downstairs and they said no so I went to stairwell and there sat our order. I would not use them if they can't complete the job. Thank you!
