The Staples generic stuff was out of stock at my local store but they still had a few boxes of this. First time I've used it. I've run about half a ream through my Brother laser so far and not one hang-up. It does what it's supposed to and the price is right. Can't ask for more.

I work in a school and have been ordering paper for many years and I have encountered paper that jams easily tears easily and warps in humid weather. We go through A LOT of paper and I needed to find a quality paper that is tougher than what I have been using in the past. I saw a sale on Staples paper and decided to give it a try. I was very happy with the results and stopped buying my paper from the other large ordering store. With Staples I order online and in most cases get next day delivery. I also receive an email confirming delivery. I also want to mention that Staples is great at making sure when it says 'in stock' it IS in stock and I've rarely had to wait for back orders. Staples is definitely the store to use!!

Most of my orders come the next day which I really like. I did have a couple of boxes with crushed sides. Over 3 pallets I've lost maybe3 reems which I can live with. Paper is decent and consistent but does cause dust in my copiers. I'm sure other brands do too.
