Store brands often are considered to be of lesser quality than name brands. But occasionally you come across something that is just as good if not better. Such is the case with Staple's copy paper. We use cases of it throughout the year and the quality is always consistent. Bright white and heavy enough to hold up under constant use it holds colors from both ink jet and color laser extremely well. For the price it is hard to beat.
I have a small space and no room to store a large amount of paper but use it on a daily basis. I could also have paper delivered but end up just stopping by my local Staples store to pick up paper when I need it a ream or two at a time. This is my go-to paper - I don't need heavy paper nor use it for presenting to clients. I try to buy it when there is a deal with some additional rewards offered but I'm not always lucky enough timing-wise. There are many choices at Staples for paper supplies but this one works for me.
I use this paper in a desktop printer and it works very well most of the time. Occasionally it will feed more than one sheet but I can live with that for the good times and the lower cost of the paper.
We purchase a large amount of paper for church printing purposes I like the 5 ream selection since it was easy for me to pick up and carry I cannot do that with the 10 ream box.
We use the Staples Copy Paper a lot in the type of business we are in so we order whenever we get a good deal and Staples always has that deal for us. It might be a free case when you order 2 or if might be a rebate on each case when you buy them. We have never had any problem with the Staples Copy Paper and will continue to use it.
