Staples Copy Paper 8.5 X 11 Ream

I have used the Staples 8.5" X 11" copy paper since I started my company in 2007 for everything. It has the right weight and brightness to always look professional whether printing a draft report or a final report. Although it is only copy paper I print my company logo in color ink for letterhead second sheet portrait and second sheet landscape needs. When print my final reports and have them bound at Staples my work product that I present to my clients in this manner it looks extremely professional and no one even notices that it is only copy paper.

Paper that never fails

I prefer Staples brand copy paper for two reasons: the cost and the performance. We use a fair amount of paper for a 5 person office and run many reports. I need a paper quality that does not jam. I never in the 3 1/2 years using Staples brand have had a paper jam. It makes my life easy and that is the key. Plus there are often buy 2 get one free and that is really something a non-profit organization likes to see and make use of. Thank you Staples!

Good Quality at a reasonable cost

For some reason this size paper is hard to find at a reasonable price. One would think that it would be less expensive than 8 1/2 x 11 as it takes less cutting however it is always more expensive. Taking advantage of this when it is on sale is a much better deal. This paper works in our copy machine as good or better than any other. It also works in color copiers with good results. I would not hesitate to buy more of it as the stock we now obtained is depleted. Combined with the staples rewards this is indeed a good deal.

Paper is good however has trouble with color copiers when doing a photo on both sides.
