Poor Delivery Service

I ordered four items. Three were delivered as promised on the website. The order for the case of paper was delayed repeatedly. Staples then made a reorder again delays until weeks later the case of paper arrived. Staples should be emabarassed at their ineptitude to deliver a simple case of paper.

We use this particular brand and style of copy paper all the time for our office and all our employees love it. Our office has never had a problem with Staples brand of copy paper. We highly recommend this product.

The Staples brand work just great in my printer; I have never had any issues with the paper jamming. I would definitely recommend this paper.
