An amazing addition to our home

This is such an amazing mop and vacuum combo that we ordered a second one for our upstairs floor. The responsive and thorough app along with maintenance reminders, status updates and a versatile scheduling option make this a great addition to your cleaning routine. It does such a good job on weekly cleans that it cuts down on our manual vacuum and mop duties. We still do them but now it’s more of a monthly deep clean rather than weekly.

It's good and bad

Overall not a bad machine, did find out fairly quick it doesn't avoid obstacles like I feel it should. It bump it to things and instead of stopping pushes until wheels are off the ground. Suction and mopping are great .
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is an excellent robot cleaner I haven't yet used the mopping bu the suction of this machine es excellent and a awesome with the map. I am very happy with my purchase.

This Robot is awesome! Do not be fooled by cheaper vacuum robots out there as there are many. I have done my research and Ecivac makes the best. This is my second Ecovac, my first one was aT8 plus and lasted me 9 years of great performance and could be repaired with a new gear drive yet new technology superseded old Equipment. This vacuum is amazing and you will be shocked to see how dirty your floors are after the mopping process.The only drawback is the battery could be improved yet it does a lot of work so expected as it goes back to clean the mop roller so it’s not just spreading dirty stuff arounand round, look at your water when the cleaning cycle is done and you will be embarrassed to see how dirty your floors are and we keep a very clean home! Proud to be an owner of Ecovac Omni pro X9, it’s the best maid ever!

It was worth the wait, our x9 shipping seemed to take longer than expected!!
Packaging was great and information was spot on! Set up was easy, instructions were clear and easy to follow! Advanced setup took a bit more time to decipher, but was manageable!
First run the unit didn’t perform well! Lack of full charge was the issue,I believe. Second run everything worked perfectly, mop and vac. Playing with advanced settings did the trick! The unit wasn’t able to finish in one charge, but it recharged and finished while we were gone! I really liked the fact that the unit never got stuck, as happened with older unit. At this point, I can happily say we are very happy with the purchase of the x9.

A Game-Changing Cleaning Upgrade

The X9 PRO OMNI has turned daily cleanup into something I barely have to think about. It moves through the house with quiet confidence, mapping rooms accurately and collecting pet hair as if it were designed with my home in mind. The suction is powerful, the mopping is impressively thorough, and the auto-empty station feels like having a tiny, tireless housekeeping assistant in the corner.
Setup was quick, the app is clear and responsive, and everything works together so seamlessly that I hardly notice it—except for how clean the floors stay. For a home with pets, busy schedules, and zero patience for dust bunnies, this has been a brilliant upgrade. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Bad robot that doesn't clean.

Wish I could return it. Only had it for few months and very disappointed. Hate the bag unable to see how much dog hair it is picking up. If I rate 1 star they delete my review.
