Awesome nerf product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you or you kid love Minecraft, this is a great toy! The crossbow has a revolving cylinder that holds 6 darts that are easy to tell apart from the standard dart because of the plastic piece on the end. It is pretty accurate and the darts get quite a high velocity behind them! The body is very cool looking and so fun to use! It’s easy to reload and to pull the drawstring/lever on top. My son and I have had a blast with this toy.

Super cool concept for Minecraft and nerf lovers!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gun is age 8 and up. My 5 year old couldn’t pull it back to load, however, loved shooting it. My 9 year old can pull it back and has great aim. These darts go far!!! Super fun and worked well outside. The shot is powerful indoors, but still fun as long as no one gets hurt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d already reviewed this much-anticipated Nerf Minecraft crossbow but received additional instructions not included with the packaging or available online as to why the handle wouldn’t pull back.
So, I begrudgingly dug the previously disappointing toy out of the “eventually donate, but first hold on to this for 6 months in case the need arises to remove it from the pile” box.
After further inspection and instructions, a literal broken nail beyond the quick and a whole lot of sweat and swears early this morning, I finally got the handle to prime after using brute strength. But hey, now the trigger won’t release! No children’s toy, for review or otherwise, should be this painful for a strong, capable adult.
My son was so excited to see I was working on it again and happy I made some progress with being able to play with it, but ultimately decided he prefers the Nerf Minecraft Firebrand, which doesn’t require multiple sets of instructions or damaged hands.

NOT kid friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this because my son graduated 5th grade today and do this made a perfect gift! Only problem is that the handle to load the crossbow back is so hard that I can’t even pull it back all the way. This was NOT designed for kids. That handle has to be fixed. My husband had a hard time pulling the handle due back too. He loves it and it’s so sad that he can’t use it 😢😢

Fun toy for Minecraft gamers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My eight year old is obsessed with Minecraft, so he was really happy to get a Minecraft crossbow! The toy looks authentic to the game, and he has had a lot of fun playing with it. My son loves how fast and far it shoots. He finds it shoots accurately. It really shoots the bullets with a lot of force, so I imagine it would hurt if it were to hit someone across the room. Even though he loves the toy, he has found that it’s sometimes hard to get it it to shoot, and that can be frustrating for him.
