My cross country coach helped us fundraise for these watches about a month back and so far they have been great. I've never bought a running watch before but this one is perfect, with long-lasting battery life and sufficient capabilities.

I bought this FR 55 last month. It picks up satellites faster than my FR 235 did. It has more modes like walking. I finally used my wife's kayak and used my FR 55 too record that paddling event.

Excellent Product

I bought this watch as a motivator to get back into running after many years of falling out of love with the sport/exercise, and it has changed everything for me. I am happily running again, more than ever, and it was changed around my dieting habits and exercise habits. My body is back to feeling better, stronger, and healthier. I couldn't recommend a product more. This watch was perfect for me, and if this one is not for you, there is Garmin product that probably would suite your needs better.

Will not record my sleep no matter what I try

I love this watch except it will not record my sleep no matter what I do. I’ve tried everything Garmin has suggested, I even wore it tighter and woke up with my hand asleep. Not sure if I will keep it.
