I brought this year ago great watch, feature are great durability is awesome. The only problem is my heart rate monitor doesn't work anymore still love it.

It started poring down rain on me a week ago and it worked great in the rain. Usually when my fitbit would get wet it would stop working but the Garmin worked great and didn't have an issue at all.

I bought the Garmin Forerunner 55 about 7 months ago. Overall, I like this watch, as it is my third Garmin watch. But, one problem had been charging it. At about 5 months I had a few problems getting it to charge, as well as to sync with Garmin Express. At 7 months it has become very hard to charge and sync. My previous watch, the 45, took 2.5 years to have this problem.

I made the switch from an Apple Watch around a month ago, definitely recommend, the forerunner 55 is miles better

I bought this with running in mind and it did not disappoint. I appreciate the long battery life to make charging less of a hassle. I also like that I only need to press a couple buttons to start and finish run. The heartbeat, VO2 max information, and GPS mapping is useful for me.
