what a great investment

My Whirlpool Double Oven Free Standing Range is by far the best investment that I have made in over forty years! I actually see savings in my electric bill , its soo easy to use. I only use the large oven when family comes, the small oven fits most of my uses,,heats up in six minutes, and cooking time is cut about in half. The stove top is soo easy to clean. The only con that I have is the sound level of the beeps, there doesnt seem to be a way to adjust them higher and as I am hard of hearing that would be a plus for me, then it would be a perfect appliance in my opinion!

This oven does more than we expected.

The stove top brings water to a boil very quickly. We also like having the flexibility of using double ovens. We also like the fact that both ovens are self cleaning.

Very well designed with some minor flaws

The stove is very easy to use and the oven preheats quickly. The stove top heats quickly and evenly and does a much better job at maintaining specific temperatures than the last stove I used. I am very impressed with the stove with some small exceptions. The last stove I used had one red indicator light for each element to indicate that specific element was hot. This stove has one red light for all elements. With children, I think it would be safer to indicate which element was hot rather than to try and figure out which one it is. The clock can only be set by holding either the up or down button moving one minute at a time. While it does begin to go faster the longer you hold the button it takes a lot of muscle to hold the button down. A multi function keypad would be helpful. It could also be used to set oven temperature

Electric range

I bought this model because I live alone.The small upper oven is so appropriate for me and my needs. The large oven will most likely be used only when visitors come and larger quantities would be needed.The top of the range is easy to operate and clean. I am still not operating the timer correctly. With time I m sure this will be an easy routine.I wish no Id gotten the white instead of the black and stainless.

Love the double oven feature

I love this oven. The only challenge is when I pulled out something from the top, it dripped below into the bottom oven window/glass. Now I have a drip mark in between the glass and am not able to clean it.

Love the double oven!

I use the smaller oven every day! You can use it as a toaster or for larger items, it is so handy and eliminates the need for the larger oven most of the time. Then, when company is coming, you have the larger oven plus the smaller oven. The range works well too. Basically it is an excellent range and oven!
