I bought this for my wife, lol, and myself. We both love to cook. We have had the range for about 1.5 years. It does everything we want it too. I love the double sized cooking elements. The warmer is a great tool. We use the upper oven 3-5 times a week.The Only negative comment I have relates to the setting of the clock. Our country power goes out regularly and I always have to reset the clock. They did not make setting the clock quick. It's relatively simple, but, your thumb or finger will get tired of holding the button in while the clock cycles through to your time. Wish the clock had a battery backup system. Every other function is quick and easy to set.Really can't rate the energy efficiency. I have no idea how much electricity it uses. However the small oven heats quicker. The burner choices allow more precise matching of the burner to the pot. I suppose those both cut down on energy use.Without a doubt, I would purchase this stove again.

I love the two ovens, but the buttons are too hard to push and way too redundant. Timer-Push to time start, push down button to get time you want, push time start--again, to start timer, push time start to stop the beeper, when its finished. My old range you easily pushed timer-turned the knob to the time you desire and walked away, it would beep at the end, and turn itself off. You feel like your going to break your thumbs or break the panel, trying to hold down the button to get temp or time set to where you want it. Only one timer, so you need to buy a spare, if you use both ovens at once. You can't push it against the wall, so I built a little shelf above it, in the hopes nothing falls in behind it. Already waiting for technician to come and fix cooktop on light. No techs in this area. Delivered on 9/11 so I don't see it lasting past getting it paid off. It is hard to clean, and stay clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did seem to have trouble getting the upper oven up to 400 degrees when the bottom oven was on. It never got to 400. I do love it though. I seem to use the upper oven more than the lower. It preheats really quickly.

Cleaning capability of the top oven

We found the self cleaning was not up to the quality of our previous oven by any means. We wound up having to use regular oven cleaner to get it clean. We are very disappointed in this feature. The multiple buttons to use to turn it on is also a pain. When I hit "bake" and then set the temp I shouldn't have to all hit start.

Overall this product is an excellent buy and its features and its appearance is outstanding. The only problem that we have experienced is the difficulty of removing stains from the heating top of the stove.

I needed to switch from my lifelong use of gas ranges due to the extreme difficulty of handling the heavy grates and trying to clean up messes. My arthritic hands just couldn't take it any more. I was concerned that the switch to electric cooking would be hard but that was an empty fear, to say the least. I quickly became used to the difference in stove-top cooking and also found that I usually only needed the smaller upper oven for baking, which is an obvious energy saver, but the lower oven is plenty large enough for even a turkey if I need that much room.Clean-up is so comparatively easy on the flat surface, and I find that relatively little scrubbing is needed when I use the recommended cleaner. The control panel is very easy to understand also. To top everything off, it looks absolutely beautiful, so yes, I am pretty thrilled with my new range!
