bad grates ruin stove for me

This range is so bad you can not boil water on it the pan jumps around on the stove top. all the food in the pan slides to one side. The feet or bumpers have come out on one corner the front of the stove doesn't look stright the grates have bow in them and the center of the grates do not meet and are humped up in the middle. I payed to much money for this product to have to live like this
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The coating (paint or enamel) on the largest burner is peeling and it looks really messy. Please call us or email us ASAP

Very good product dual ovens work great! Top oven does not burn items even though it is smaller. I have enjoyed the controls and features

I love the appearance of the range and I would recommend it. I do however think top oven runs hot and bottom oven needs be lil bigger. Love stove top works great.

We did a last minute change to a double oven, and am so glad we chose this one! It's wonderful to have the cooking space, and so easy to navigate the different settings. My only recommendation would be to add a 2nd timer. There is only 1 timer, but when we have both ovens going we use the microwave timer to keep track.

I really like this range. I had a electric coil range before so I learning how to adjust to the ceramic top but so far it has been great. I am not disappointed. The only negative is keeping the black surface clean but that is to be expected. I am using a cream type cleaner made for ceramic tops and it works great. I use it about once a week to keep the shine.
