The ovens cook evenly. The push button settings require a very firm push to function.

The 4 burners are spread apart enough that your pots are not knocking against each other. The design of two large grills instead of 4 over the burners really adds the finishing touches to this and The double ovens are just the right size. I am very happy with this purchase.It is a bit difficult to keep clean but I purchased it in black and that could very well be the reason. Even so, I am happy with this purchase.

Good features with exceptions

Overall there are wonderful features.Exception:Very low main oven for putting heaving things in. Almost to floor.Bumping against front buttons while reaching over stove causes burner to ignite.Uneven temperature in top fast oven that doesn't get it to temperature.

Microwave function dropped dead

Bought in 2010, but for a summer vacation home where it gets light use for only two months a year, so its actual age at death last Fall was about 14 months at most. We were going to call our excellent repairman but, according to the reviews, the problem is most likely the magnetron and a replacement will also fail in a short time, so we'll have to spring for purchase and installation of new micro-convection, which very definitely will NOT be a Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
