Lacking attention to detail

The range heats up quickly and cooks well. The oven lighting is decent. The glass is nice and clear. The display is easy to read throughout the day. The easy slide rack is nice and does slide well. Now for the lack of detail. When I received my unit my drawer was dented. Also, my cooktop is not flush on the right side. The bake temperatures are in increments of 25 when turning the knob. That is a problem when trying to follow a lot of air fry directions that ask for 360 or 390 degree settings. Also, having some issues with having to turn the knobs multiple times to get them to respond. The cooktop surface streaks very easily. When airdrying raw chicken I have to use a catch pan for grease to prevent it from dripping all the way to the bottom of the oven and catching fire or smoking badly. Honestly, if I had paid full retail for this oven, I would have been disappointed. This really had the potential to be a really nice oven.
