A fun new direction for Samsung

The integration with Samsung Health is really informative and useful and it's excellent for sleep tracking.
It's easy to wear to sleep, I don't like wearing watches but I want to monitor my sleep patterns.
This is a bold new direction for Samsung and it matches the ecosystem perfectly.

One of the best addition to the ecosystem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to get into the ring ecosystem to capture more of my health information. The samsung ring allows me all of that with a single price and no need to get into subscription option. Not only that but it being among the ecosystem makes it even that much better.
I have made the move when I realized I can't get all the information I need/want about my health just through the Smausng Watch but with the addition of the Smasung Ring makes capturing data that much simple and accurate. Not sure if the system is powered by Galaxy AI directly but the energy score is something I look forward to and see how accurate that is. How much toll it has on me positively.
I only had the watch for merely few days, so far I have picked on few many positive remarks. Helps me prepare for my next day activity and being the change.
One thing I wish it had was some sort of vibration motor to give me a feedback of notification or reminder or act as an alarm. Just a step further robust from what it can do now and how effective it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The use of Galaxy AI puts this device above competitors. It has the most important functions of whoop and oura. Battery life seems to go far beyond what was listed in news articles. Recharge time is also incredibly fast.

Horrible product not worth 400 dollars. But I can excuse that because of my wonderful conversation with the expert Mohd Abdul. He told me about his life and how his profile picture was AI. He changed my life so I thank Mohd with helping me purchase the galaxy ring
