This ring is great for tracking my sleep patterns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to wear my bulky watch to track my sleep pattern but with my new ring is all I need since I suffer from sleep apnea this help me track the quality of my sleep it's very accurate also let's me know if im getting enough deep sleep or r.e.m sleep all and all great ring.

This ring is light weight with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring works really well amd I use it daily for tracking my health, sleep and steps. but something has caused it to disconnect more frequently from my phone and it doesn't seem to keep a charge a long as it used to but like most technology when it works correctly it is fantastic and super accurate and helpful. I would still recommend this ring to others because it does work well for tracking my sleep, steps, energy, blood oxygen levels, heart rate and so much more. Overall I would say it is a good device and worth having.
