Good complement to my galaxy watch ultra

It would be great if a microphone and small speaker are integrated so we can use some Galaxy AI features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Galaxy Ring is a game changer for people on the move. The interfacing of this ring is next level. It tracks too much stuff to list here but I personally use it to track my sleep, track biometrics, steps, and I have it setup to take pictures and silence alarms/reminders. If my watch is charging, then the ring will relay the information to my watch or my phone (which ever one is closest I think) so my activities stay up to date. Oh, AND it can even help detect signs of sleep apnea (along with a few other sleeping metrics). Overall, I recommend it to anyone that will listen.
Could I live without all of my Samsung Galaxy Ai equipment? Sure, but do I want to? No... and thank the technology gods that I dont have to!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing the Samsung Galaxy Ring for a few weeks and love how effortlessly it blends into daily life. The titanium build is light and comfortable—after a day I forget it’s on. Battery life easily lasts five to seven days and the charging case is quick and convenient. Sleep tracking and the Energy Score are surprisingly insightful, and heart rate readings are consistent for everyday use. It pairs seamlessly with Samsung Health, Galaxy AI features and my Samsung phone. I do wish the data were more precise and the battery replaceable, but as a minimalist health tracker it’s an impressive and stylish choice.

Overall the ring was not very comfortable to wear all the time so I will not continue using it. Samsung health is also not the best fitness tracker out there so the combination was not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I Listened With the Pointer Ring
