Was great for the first couple months

I bought a size 12 gold one back around December as a gift to myself. At first it was nearly perfect; it would track my sleep 9/10 nights, tracked my steps, heart rate, and stress all pretty accurately. Sadly, after a couple months, it spontaneously stopped tracking sleep. I tried everything, rebooting the ring, factory resetting it, even contacting Samsung, and nothing worked. It will not track sleep anymore. That is a huge shame cause its one of the main reasons I bought it. Everything else works fine still, but losing sleep tracking is a big loss so I subtract 2 points for that. The fact it can't track sleep apnea is also a big minus. The last issue is that the ring is quite bulky. It took a while to get used to wearing cause its not just something you put on and forget its there, you can feel it. If you close your fingers too tight for example, it presses into the fingers on either side. It's a shame its not lower profile for better comfort.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy: you'll have to replace it within a year

The long-story-short is, do not buy this ring, because it has one fatal flaw that renders it useless: battery life. I've had it for a little more than a year now, and for the first, say, 9 months, I loved this thing. It was comfortable, accurate, useful, durable. The app was excellent. But after a year... the battery capacity kept going down, down, down. Then it fell off a cliff. Now, after about 15 months, the ring doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. If I charge it before bed it's dead before I wake up. If you're willing to get a new ring each year, by all means order this. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

Pretty good, not as much as I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new rings are nice and do have benefits such as better biometric reading during sleep. I wasn't blown away with it though. I do not get information for what readings come from my watch vs my ring. When I charge my watch my ring doesn't seem to "pick up" on the lack of watch readings so I end up with gaps, which I didn't expect. I expected them to kind of communicate together as that is how it was advertised, that they would work together to prolong battery life and make readings seamlessly. Overall, it is nice, just not as good as the advertising made it seem..
No returns! It's not living up to the hype. Not properly storing my information amongst other things.

What a disappointment

To start out, I am a fan of Samsung products, I use a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra phone, I wear Samsung Galaxy watches, I use a Samsung tablet, and to top it off, I wear Samsung ear buds. Why am I so loyal to this product line? My expectation that using Samsung products in the same ecosystem that it will work seamlessly together and for the most part, they do. Until today that is. Purchased a brand new Samsung Ring and gone through the pairing process, no issues; Wearable picked up the new product right away and asked me to pair it. The problem is, after set up, I am forever stuck on the " Your Set Up is Ready" screen and it just freeze there. Despite hours of trouble shooting including adjusting the animation on my phone, clearing the cache, resetting the ring and my phone, nothing worked. End up returning the product and wasted an hour of my time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product doesn't monitor any of my sleep readings

Exquisite minimalism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy ring is exactly what I was looking for. I love Samsung health I sites and tracking with the help of Galaxy AI. Problem is, I can't wear a watch while working because I'm in food service. The ring solves this problem while being extremely accurate and allowable for food safety.
Additionally, when doing strength training, I wear wrist straps and wrist supporting gloves when lifting. My watch often gets in the way or becomes uncomfortable. The ring allows me to keep accurate tracking of vitals without discomfort or having to remove it.
Lastly, the battery life is incredible. I got my ring in Wednesday and here we are in Tuesday of the following week with 33% still left.
