Hi Ulysses, Thanks for taking the opportunity to reach out and share your feedback with us about your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Ring. We appreciate your candor as we strive to improve our product line. On a single charge, the Galaxy Ring can last up to 7 days, depending on usage. Battery life may be extended by up to 30% if worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, as this helps reduce redundant feature usage. For optimal battery performance, it's recommended to store the Ring in its charging case when not in use. If left outside the case, the Ring's sensors will remain active, resulting in unnecessary battery consumption. Battery life for your Galaxy Ring can vary depending on environmental factors like temperature, network environment, and signal strength can all affect battery life. Also, usage patterns: frequent use of features like sleep tracking, work auto detection, and gesture controls can impact how long the battery lasts. A good night’s rest is crucial for feeling and staying healthy, and the Galaxy Ring can make sure you’re receiving the best sleep possible. Your ring will analyze your sleep, including your blood oxygen and skin temperature, and provide useful data in the Galaxy Wearable and Samsung Health apps on your phone. Before starting, make sure your Galaxy Ring is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app. If gestures aren't working while wearing your Galaxy Ring, you may need to double check that they've been enabled in the Galaxy Wearable app. Your phone must be running One UI 6.1.1 or above as well. Feel free to review the resources shared below to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Reach out to Samsung Support afterward if you would like any further assistance. Thanks for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Would get 5 stars if battery held a charge longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased because I have been using the Samsung watches to help improve my sleep. I like that If I forget to charge before bed I can alternate devices and still capture some information. However, it would be nice if the battery hadn't dwindled down so quickly. It was great in the beginning I was getting 7 days use (preordered, wear it everyday), now I sometimes only get 2 days of wear before I have to charge. It is very inconsistent, some rare days I can get 4, I wear my watch everyday as well. It is also a bit large for my hand size, it would be nice if it could come in a thinner band size at some point. Overall I am happy with it, I just hope future models can overcome the battery issue.

Great features weak battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am making a big effort to improve my health and a big part of this is following my daily activity and sleep. Using my Samsung Watch Ultra and Samsung Ring I get precise results I complement with a Continuous Glucose Monitor and smart scale. At the beginning the ring battery lasted up to three days, six months ago it lasted two days, and a month ago, I had to charge it every day. Now, it failed to charge. I hope the new Galaxy Ring 2,expected in 2026, will come with a better battery.

This is definitely one of those. That's a big package on a small item. The ring packs a lot of features that I like.I personally I got it to help me track my steps And sleep since before I would always rely on my watch. And my phone and sometimes my sleep would not get counted.Since the phone would die at the middle of the night or the watch. The case being a charger as well is a huge plus since sometimes I just charge the case on weekend trips and don't have to worry about carrying an extra cable. The ring has a very good battery life as well and can go up to a week without needing charge. The only downside the ring has is that mine has is that the color has started to fade from the bottom where it normally Hits my desk or from grabbing things. Thequality is super durable and the design is very comfortable to wear.

Doesn't stand up to the competition

I had an Oura ring for a little over two years before it started to show major signs of wear on the battery. I didn't even have this for a year and it won't even record through a night of sleep. I love Samsung and was really excited to see them come out with a ring. The information gathering is fine, it looked great and tracking was good too. But not even a year? Come on Samsung, you can do better than that!

Totally recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Ring for a while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite Samsung devices. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to forget I’m even wearing it — until I check the insights. The combination of accurate health tracking and Galaxy AI analysis has been incredibly helpful in understanding my sleep, recovery, and daily activity levels. What I love most is how seamlessly the Galaxy Ring works with my Samsung phone. The AI-powered wellness tips feel personalized and actually useful, especially when it comes to improving my sleep habits and staying active. It’s also great for keeping an eye on stress levels and heart rate without having to wear a bulky watch. Whether I’m working, running errands, or just relaxing, the Galaxy Ring quietly keeps track of everything and gives me clear, easy-to-read reports. It’s a subtle device, but it adds a huge amount of value to my daily routine. Galaxy AI makes it even better by breaking down my data in a way that helps me make real improvements. Overall, the Galaxy Ring has been an awesome addition to my Samsung ecosystem — simple, comfortable, and surprisingly powerful. Highly recommend!

Great ring ..in the beginning
on December 5, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Six months ago I received the ring as a gift. I was very pleased with the fit and all it's features it provided. Loved the chargeable case. It keeps track of steps, sleep, oxygen levels, workouts that were pretty accurate. I use a watch (different brand) as well & both were within each other's range. 6 months into it, the ring doesn't stay charged for more than 48 hours. Quite disappointed in it. I could see if I had mistreated it, but I don't. I believe there is no fix to this. So if your thinking about getting a ring, I suggest you wait a while longer til they improve on their battery performance.
