The ring is great except when it goes beyond sever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my samsung ring for almost nine months, and I was pleased when I first got it until his stopped. Connecting to my phone and I had to reset it several times I had to send it back to get it fixed and they sent me a brand new ring. But every now and then, I still have to reconnect my ring to my phone for some reason, that's my only problem

Great while it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Galaxy AI I loved my ring but after a couple months it stopped charging, I sent it to Samsung for warranty repair/replacement. They had to order a part so it would take longer, that is completely fine but then they just gave me a refund. They handled the issue but I don't understand why they couldn't fix it or just replace it.

Ring was great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Samsung ring for the first 8 months or so; it worked wonderfully and the charge life was great. I loved the ease of use for workout and sleep tracking. Around 8 months in, the charge life began changing. Previously, I could wear my ring at all times and charge 2-3 times per week. Then it began needing a charge daily, which was fine. Around 10 months, it could longer be worn to sleep and then last a work day; so I began using it only for sleep. Now, I don't use it because it only lasts 2-4 hours after a full charge.

Love My Ring

It tracks everything my watch did but just on my finger. I am not the best at keeping a watch on my wrist so this was the perfect alternative. I can track everything in my Samsung Health app and even complete challenges with my watch wearing fiance!
