Limited features. I do hope that more customization features are included in future software updates. Sleep tracking, limited exercise tracking and very limited biomonitoring are available. I had hoped that between my ultra watch and my galaxy ring is would be able to measure my blood pressure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot attest to the accuracy of any of the rings measurements. But, I can say the ring looks and feels better than my previous ring did. Samsung did a good job with this (as long as it's accurate).
