Great for monitoring sleep and health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a watch for many years. However tracking myself while sleeping was never an option as it would be very uncomfortable to wear. Samsung's introduction of the Ring allows me to continuously wear this device to monitor my health 24/7. Wearing the ring with the watch extends the battery life where I only have to charge the ring once a week. Does help me identify proper sleeping habits. Highly recommended.

Stellar battery life and tons of health info

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Double tap to disable the alarm is amazing, and the number of days this ring lasts while I wear my watch is incredible. I've gone 10 days without a charge and it's insanity. Steps are reliably counted and it's easy to wear while I sleep instead of a bulky watch. Great product. Works exactly like it's described.

Lightweight and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is super comfy, super light, and I thought I was gonna hate the case charger, but I weirdly don't. It's nice to have something to store it in better when it is charging, since my other ring would fall off the charger if I bumped it.
It definitely needs more features, but for Samsung's first ring, it's pretty good!

Love the ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seamless app integration with my Samsung S25 Ultra. Wear it everyday. Battery life does shorten a bit over time but lasts about a week. Really use it to track sleep.
The ring is a bit thick so you can't really play sports with it unfortunately in my experience.
