This ring is interesting, I like the fact that samsung gives you a free sizing kit to test out the fit of the ring. I love that you can get the benefits of your sleep score and your energy score just from wearing the ring to bed. I do wish the color or sheen was more of a metallic look then a matte finish. Much nicer than wearing my galaxy watch while I sleep I have to say it's a purchase I don't regret.

Super impressed with the info, style, durability, and battery life. I couldn't wear my watch to bed every night to get my sleep ratings because I had to recharge it overnight, but the rung lasts a full 8 days on one charge so I just charge it every Saturday morning now so I never kiss a night. I did notice that the rings seem to run a little small in size.

Got this ring for my wife and it led to divorce, was watching her dashboard light up when she was “working” extra hours she didn’t even hit that heart rate in her HIIT class. All in an all a great investment.
