I have sleep issues. So I am more interested in the Sleep section. A bit inaccurate at times, but still gives me some good data. I wear it almost all the time! Very comfortable and light. Easy to sleep with on.

The Galaxy Ring is a convenient tool for seamlessly keeping track of your health and wellness. It can monitor and measure your heart rate, automatically detect your workouts, and even guide you toward healthier habits. Before starting, make sure your Galaxy Ring is connected to the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone. The Galaxy Ring even supports gestures! If your phone is operating One UI 6.1.1 or higher, you can you can dismiss alarms or take photos or videos simply by double-pinching your fingers. You just have to enable the setting first. The Ring can automatically detect and track walking and running once you enable it in Samsung Health settings in the Galaxy Wearable app. Measure and record your heart rate. Analyze and record your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen, and skin temperature. You can also track your energy score. No call notification

I got this ring for my birthday a week ago because I was so excited to not wear the Galaxy watch with my dressy attire anymore ( because im obsessed with tracking). After the excitement I realized the galaxy ring doesn't offer a call notification (vibration)so I still have to wear the watch. No point in having the ring if I have to wear both for call notifications so I'm returning the ring. Call notification is more important than camera gestures to me.
