[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the best option for a non-subscription based ring. You're not getting as much and as detailed of information as the other options on the market, but for not paying for a subscription it's worth it to me. If they choose to make it better without adding a subscription teir (unlikely) they would hold the crown for sure, but for now this is ok.

The Galaxy Ring tracks various health and fitness metrics, including heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep stages, skin temperature, and activity levels (steps, calories burned, workout detection). It also provides an energy score based on these metrics and sleep analysis, and can be used for menstrual cycle tracking. Great looking Ring and full of technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ring is an excellent piece of technology and style. The quality is top-notch, and I’ve really enjoyed using it in my daily routine. I especially love wearing it at night while I sleep, as well as during the day—it’s comfortable, sleek, and fits seamlessly into my lifestyle. The style and aesthetics are wonderful, and I appreciate that I can wear it on its own without needing my watch.
That said, when I do pair it with my Galaxy Watch, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the battery life. One of my initial concerns was whether the battery would hold up, but it easily lasts me almost a full week, which is impressive.
Overall, I highly recommend the Galaxy Ring. It’s stylish, practical, and reliable—and honestly, I wish I had it in all three colors it comes in!
