Finally able to track sleep at night

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the ring to track my sleep patterns to hopefully get me on the right track to better sleep. This ring has some updates that it needs for Acura tracking but is very lightweight and easy to wear for sleeping which is the main reason I got it. It is excellent quality and good battery life I have the size 11 and it lasts me about 6 days

Love the Galaxy Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy ring is just what I needed to help me comfortably monitor sleep patterns. I like the Galaxy Watch 7 very much, however, the ring is a lot more comfortable to wear while sleeping. The ring is so light and comfortable that I don't even know it's on my finger.
It syncs easily with my samsung phone and with the Samsung Health app, which provides tons of sleep and health tracking data provided by the ring.
I like checking my energy score every morning. I am learning a lot about how my sleep patterns are affecting my daily energy levels.
Wearing the ring has helped me focus on improving my sleep habits which has helped improve my overall health.

Great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Galaxy Ring during pre-order. The ring was delayed a couple of weeks because I had to get the sizing kit first to figure out which size to get. I strongly urge to do that first or try it in person before ordering one. I ended up getting size 9 for my ring finger and it was the exact same size as the sizing ring.
I ordered the silver ring because I thought it would be a shiny silver. In reality it is a matte silver color. I was a little disappointed at first, but honestly it's not too bad. The ring is light and a little thicker than a standard ring. You hardly notice the ring, but if you point out all your fingers and press them together (opposite of spreading your fingers out), or make a fist, you definitely feel the ring more than compared to a normal ring.
The Galaxy AI is kind of behind the scenes. There isn't anything obvious like with the Galaxy AI with my Fold 6, but I imagine it is stuff that tries to create the wellness score or combining the finess tracking.
I've had the ring for almost 2 full weeks. The first weekend I ended up charging to full because I wanted to see if it would last a full week without having to recharge it, which it did. I probably could have gone a couple more days but I figured I would just charge every Sunday as a routine. The size 9 does have a smaller battery than size 13 obviously, but I wear both the ring and my Watch4 Classic at night. This makes it so they work in tandem saving battery.
