Sleep tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ring so I wouldn't have to wear my watch while I sleep (i wear watch once a week to bed to measure AGE) and so far it seems to be accurate I don't even have to think about it. It also constantly measuring my heart rate so I can have more accurate readings than just my watch.
All this to say I'm just a regular blue collared worker and not an athlete but this ring gives me a good feeling.of monitoring my body the galaxy AI features working in tandem with other measurements gives me a energy score. At first I wasn't a fan of an energy score because I can tell with my own body but I find it fairly accurate which in itself is it's own mental booster. I'm very eager to see what more the ring will be able to do

Great addition to my health tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting a Galaxy ring since I heard about it and now that I have one I absolutely love the additional fidelity I'm getting in my health tracking.
I use it along with Galaxy AI to track and develop a more robust health tracking experience than just my Galaxy fold 5 or Galaxy watch alone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this Galaxy AI ring for my husband and he loves it. He uses it all day! The battery lasts so long he goes days without taking it off and having to charge it. He even uses it while showering!

I'm a veteran who likes to keep track of all these things and my ring sure does it all. Best thing about it is, I only have to charge it once a week and that only takes less than an hour. Very efficient!!!

The perfect smart ring for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Ring has been everything I hoped for. No monthly fee, it feels lighter and thinner than my previous smart ring, and the data it shows is just enough without being overwhelming. The Galaxy AI features seem to have improved sleep tracking, and the scoring it shows really does correlate to how I'm feeling that day. It's helped me build better habits already, and it also allows me to wear a regular watch now and then and leave my Galaxy Ultra at home!
