It's energy score gives you an overall view of your health. I also have the Galaxy Watch, but wearing the ring to bed is easier and thus the sleep data it gives you is a God send.

I can just wear it and forget it while it tracks my health data. I look forward to waking up in the morning and taking a quick look at my Energy score powered by the Samsung AI to see what I should focus on. I hope samsung keeps innovating the ring with more features.
