Good. Some of the results are nonsensical. I'm an average person and it said my heart rate was like 50... Take it all with a grain of salt but it is helpful if you don't want to wear a watch.

It seems to track well and it's very comfortable however I don't really like the battery life, which I guess it lasts longer than my watch (which I have to charge after 12 hours) but I hoped it would at least be a week. So I just need to plan on making sure i am only charging one or the other so it doesn't miss tracking.

I just love this smart ring! I've worn the watch since the first model Samsung produced. But, the ring is the best fitness tracker ever. Lightweight, comfortable, and blends in with my other jewelry. For sleep tracking its so much easier to wear than the watch. I do take it off when I shower and that is the only time i charge it. After 24 hrs of use, it is at 90%, so I am sure it would last more than the 7 days .

The sizing is weird. The largest ring they offer is to small for every one of my fingers except my pinky, which was it was too large for. I went with the 2nd to largest size to wear on my pinky, but it is still too large, but the ring is too small for my ring finger. I had to get a pack of ring sizers and modify them so that the ring will fit on my pinky without the sensors being blocked. It's nice to have the ability to record my sleep without wearing a watch to bed, but I'm starting to think the ring is more hassle than it's worth due to the sizing issue.
