The ring is cool and all. But if you have the watch, it's just too much during the day. As for sleeping, it's perfect. It does what it is suppose to.

Sometimes I just want a real from my watch and the ring allows me to not sacrifice health tracking. Honestly my favorite feature is this Galaxy AI thing, that I see a cute emote that tells me how much energy I have today since it tracks my sleep and activity. I find this very validating as sometimes I can't tell if I am genuinely tired or just being lazy. This helps me tell the difference.

The battery life is just phenomenal. I wear it with my Galaxy Watch, and this little thing just goes for days and days without needing a charge.
What I truly appreciate, though, is how incredibly comfortable it is. It's so lightweight that I genuinely forget I even have it on. This has been a total game-changer for my sleep tracking. I could never get used to wearing a bulky watch to bed, but the ring is an absolute dream to sleep with. I just wear it and wake up to all my detailed sleep data, completely hassle-free.
Now, I'll be real with you – the initial price tag made me pause. It's definitely a bit of a splurge. But honestly, as long as Samsung doesn't tack on a monthly subscription fee, I believe it is 100% worth the higher upfront cost. It’s made staying on top of my health, especially my sleep quality, so much simpler and more comfortable. It’s a definite keeper for me!
