Outstanding Battery and Insights. What immediately impressed me was the battery life. I get a solid six to seven days of use before needing to charge. The charging case is small and convenient, making top-ups incredibly fast and simple. This long battery life means I can wear it nearly 24/7 for continuous, uninterrupted data collection.
The health metrics it captures are fantastic. The sleep tracking is excellent, giving me detailed insights into my sleep stages, movement, and vital signs like heart rate and skin temperature. But it's the all-in-one Energy Score that I rely on most. It takes my sleep, activity, and heart rate data and synthesizes it into a single, easy-to-understand number that truly helps me plan my day and manage my wellness.

I've been wearing my galaxy ring for a few days now and the only thing that has stuck out to me is tlon the software side of things. I do not like the way heart rate is charted. Currently I get a range from 1pm-1:59pm my gear trate was between 60-70 beats instead of allowing me to see the bpm at any given time like garmin allows me too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It effortlessly tracks my sleep, and activeness which let's me know how I'm doing as I try to improve my lifestyle to be healthier. I know what I need to improve on and never have to worry about forgetting to put it on and losing track of my efforts

Had Oura and Ring Conn. This is by far the best ring with no subscription fees and chargeable case. Works well with my Samsung phone and watch unlike the other rings. Hope Samsung sticks with the smartring.
