Overall the ring was not very comfortable to wear all the time so I will not continue using it. Samsung health is also not the best fitness tracker out there so the combination was not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish I Listened With the Pointer Ring

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it's great to continue monitoring when the watch is off. I don't want to wear the watch to bed tbf. It will save battery when you have a watch on. It's completely waterproof. I wish it was more metallic colored though

This ring is light weight with many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring works really well amd I use it daily for tracking my health, sleep and steps. but something has caused it to disconnect more frequently from my phone and it doesn't seem to keep a charge a long as it used to but like most technology when it works correctly it is fantastic and super accurate and helpful. I would still recommend this ring to others because it does work well for tracking my sleep, steps, energy, blood oxygen levels, heart rate and so much more. Overall I would say it is a good device and worth having.
