Battery life is exactly what samsung says

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the galaxy ring for about a week now and I've only had to charge it once. It got down to 30 percent before i decided to charge it. It tracks all the same things the watch does but is almost able to do it 24/7 minus an hour or so to charge it.

The ring was very round and I found that it fits best on my finger, which is also a convenient place for the health sensor to pull accurate data. When the ring runs out of power, it dies. But when I charge it, I can turn it on again. The ring was black, which is the color I ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a very simplistic way of tracking sleep and activity. I'm on a cruise, sans the charging case so I'm really testing the battery. On day 4 of my my cruise and still at 47%. It's been amazing to just put it on and have no further worries. Only con is lotion can get stuck... out side of that is great!!

Overall very satisfied that Samsung ring integrates with my watch and Galaxy phone seamlessly. I find more accuracy in my fitness readings with the ring and especially the sleep.
No 5 stars because within only a week of owning the Black size 12 it became scratched from just doing dishes. The scratches are not covered and it is sad that a stronger finish was not used for a device that cost more than my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic.

The ring is plastic. The color is titanium didn't last a week working with it. started chipping scratching losing connection not built at all with any kind of quality for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
