The expected size for which i wear is a 10, what I received was a size 9. The metal looks cheap. The pictures really don't relate to the expected product. Overall the weight of the ring is super light. My best advice is if you do order one, over one size up from what you normally wear.

The health insights that this ring offers along with the Galaxy AI used by the Samsung Health app helps paint a clearer picture of my health. The sleep tracking and energy score is pretty spot on. I find myself yawning more and drinking more caffeine when my score is lower. I know this is only day 5 of having this ring but it has already changed my sleep habits much like the watch has motivated me to get up for a walk or get to the gym.

Almost a 4 star because of the size to to fit ratio. I am a normally a ring size 8 and I lost a ton of weight and the Samsung test rings said I was a 7 but it is too tight and I have to wear it in my pinky now. I also wear my wedding ring on my middle finger now for space between the rings on my left hand.
The sleep stats are amazing. I don't know much about my own personal genetics about health and sleep habits. So, I often wondered how I slept. I have never been a deep sleeper and am often told I never snore and wake up all the time to the smallest of sounds.
Well the ring helped showed me all of my sleep habits, body temperature throughout the night, BPM, stress levels, and more. I just wish there was a standalone app for just the ring and not the wearable app.
Great start into the ring game but hopefully the next gen sensors have a little smaller sensor and possibly upgraded technology for a better fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Most durable smart ring I've ever owned.

What stands out most is the battery life—I easily get a full week or more on a single charge, which is incredible for something this small and capable. I never feel like I’m constantly tethered to a charger, and topping it up only takes about 30 minutes.
As for features, the Galaxy Ring tracks sleep, heart rate, stress levels, and activity with solid accuracy. I wear it 24/7—it’s light, comfortable, and looks sleek enough to blend with any style. The sleep tracking in particular feels more detailed and consistent than what I’ve gotten from wrist-based trackers.
The integration with Samsung Health is seamless. I get all my metrics in one place, and syncing between the Ring and my Galaxy S25 Ultra is instant and reliable. It also handles inactivity alerts and recovery insights without being annoying.

I really like the ring a lot. It's very light, which means I can wear it while sleeping. The app provides access to all the info the ring collects. I also dance 2 or 3 times a week, and this light ring is much better for dancing than a large watch on my wrist. I took a star away only because of the appearance of the ring: to me, it looks like a ring a little kid would get out of a machine at a grocery store. Perhaps I should have gotten the black instead of the gold. Otherwise, it is a great product.

I have always loved my samsung products but the ring is definitely easier for me to wear to bed to keep track of my sleep, and easier to wear at work. Nobody at work could tell it was the samsung ring. They honestly thought it was just another piece of jewelery. Sure it's only been 2 weeks I've had it for but it definitely has helped me want to do better with my work outs and sleeping patterns. (I'm competitive lol) keep it up samsung! And I can't wait to see what you bring to the table next!
