Great feature for sleep score

Finally, I got it yesterday on time as promised. As soon as I opened the box, I fell in love with it. Very satisfied so far. Too many features and information so I need more time to digest all, but I found the data are much more accurate than I expected after I got up and the checked my sleep score.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this ring it tracks everything I need it to. I work with dogs so I don't like having my phone with me everywhere and with the ring it now allows me to set my phone down but still get my steps tracked! The sleep feature is super insightful and with just a few nights of using it my sleep is already so much better.

I bought this ring for the sole purpose of just needing a nice elegant ring and the health features weren't as important to me. But after having it on for week (still had 30% after a week of usage), it's a very practical and useful health ring. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in the Samsung ecosystem, anyone who wants a great durable fitness ring, and above all it pairs effortlessly with your Samsung health app without subscription. 10/10!

Not a game changer

I like the sleep tracking. Other than that, I don't feel I gained much. You still need to manually enter everything in Samsung health. also, the step tracking does not seem to be any better than phone in your pocket.

Also, if you're wearing your Galaxy Ring in conjunction with your Galaxy Watch, your watch may take priority for certain measurements (like heart rate and sleep), potentially reducing your Galaxy Ring's automatic data collection to conserve power.
