I bought this ring less than a month ago. The ring is great so far. But there is no support if the charger needs to be replaced. So now I have a ring that is useless right now, because you can't find a replacement charger anywhere.

The Ring monitors your sleep by measuring your heart rate, blood oxygen, skin temperature, and more. Additionally, it automatically identifies and records your exercise after continuous activity for a certain period. All the data can be accessed using the Samsung Health app. Samsung offers a 12-month limited manufacturer defect warranty through Samsung Care. I bought this ring 1 week ago and I'm not really impressed. I use it primarily for steps and sleep. The steps seem accurate, however the sleep app underperforms, compared to the ringconn I own. I bought the Samsung ring because I have the phone and watch, thinking it would gather more info on my sleep habits. The ringconn is better hands on with results that allow you to be interactive and dial down to specific times during the night with regard to heart rate, HRV, and O2 levels as well as stress. Hoping for an upgrade.
