Not bad/Not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ring is comfortable and gathers some good biometrics, however it records data that is inaccurate. Sleep latency for example always says I fall asleep in 2-3 minutes which is never the case. It says for optimal sleep time I should go to bed around 11pm-2am, and when my sleeping hrv is above optimal (which is good) it dings your scores. I like some of the info, but would rather go with Oura.
