Everything is excellent from tracking to Sleep quality but can improve on physical activity and workouts. It's not automatically tracking the workouts. I bought it only for activity tracking but a little disappointed on that aspect. I wish they update that in next versions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great to follow sleep and energy level

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Galaxy Ring. The battery life is amazing, I go days without worrying if I have enough battery. And when I do have to charge up it is lightning fast, so I'm to get going again. It's lightweight and sleek, never gets in the way of daily activity. I can sleep with my Galaxy Ring on comfortably throughout the night.
I've found the health and activity tracker to be pretty spot on. It's given me a closer look at how my daily activity level and sleep affects my overall health. And it's a seamless fit with the rest of my Samsung products... 10 out of 10!

Exactly what I wanted

I was wanting a smart ring to keep track of my sleep and steps for when I wasn't wearing my watch. Luckily I looked up galaxy ring to see if samsung was releasing one and they were. I pre-ordered it and have had it ever since. I like how I can wear it 24/7 I only charge it 2 times a week and I love how all the stats are in the same app and that I can wear my watch and ring at the same time and things don't get counted twice. I am so happy that samsung has a ring so I don't have to have multiple apps. There was one point where the battery was dying very quickly, but I was sent a replacement and have been happy ever since.
