Great Experience, I have the Samsung Watch Ultra and the Samsung Z Fold 5 they pair and well very well together. The information from these devices help me to understand where I was with my sleeping habits. Also, steps to improve my sleeping habits, and I honestly feel much better. I love the ring itself. The heart rate info, steps info, snoring, sleep, and stress rate are my favorite features. They are also very accurate. What I don’t like is that I ordered the ring sizing kit, the size 7 was perfect for my index finger, I get the actual ring in and it is extremely tight. I have to use lotion to get the ring on & off.

Great ring saved my life resting heart rate was 140 BPM way over if this ring would of never alerted me my heart could of stopped in the hospital now but happy I am good and no damage was done
