Not compatible with the Pro Max Phones

I got this charger last week because I upgraded to the 13 pro max which I was expecting the following week. Until then I used this charger for my Apple Watch and Air Pod Pro. It's a very convenient charger and it doesn't take too much space. I fell in love with this charger instantly.
However once I received my new phone, to my surprise the phone was too heavy for this charger that it would slide off. I tried many times thinking that I was doing it wrong. I was very disappointed because I had fallen in love with this charger and it couldn't perform one of it's main functions which is charge my phone.
I had no choice but to return it and buy a standard wireless charger for my phone. This charger is perfect if you have the standard iPhone 12 or 13 I'm sure it would also work on the Pro versions. But do not get this charger if you have a pro max phone, even though it says the 12 and 13 pro max is compatible it's not (on apple.com).
I would recommend this to a friend!

The phone part doesn’t stand the phone up and work. Therefore the phone cannot charge wirelessly

Impossible to claim warranty through Belkin

short version: lasted for 365 days, then it quit charging my devices. One cannot even reach out to Belkin if their life depended on it. After waiting 10 hours online for a chat agent (during regular hours) and several hours on the phone, I still have not been able to reach them. Thus, I am stuck with a faulty product. I will never purchase another belkin product again and will be sharing my experiences with others.

My product was great while it lasted; it was one of the faster wireless chargers available when I stopped in, and I would be able to charge all three of my devices using one outlet. This convenience lasted for literally one year to the day of purchase before it quit.
After reading their warranty online, I realized I still had coverage for another year to replace this defective unit - however, I cannot even get through to them at all to complete this exchange. I spent a full day trying to reach them, both online chat and phone line, and was left waiting for both, for 10 hours solid. The inability to reach their customer support reflects on this terrible company and vendor. I will make sure to never purchase another Belkin product again, and will happily share my poor experience with others.
Of note, their competitor Brydge shipped out a rubber seal for my keyboard in 5 minutes, after having owned the same keyboard for close to 3 years. I will likely begin using brydge products instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
