I have always trusted the Belkin products since they are reliable, sturdy, and have great customer service. This was definitely on the pricey side and I actually questioned whether it was worth it but the convenience of using it has been really great. One thing that would've been even better if this were foldable and compact so I could store it or bring it on a trip. Otherwise, I love it.

the light does not come on when charging airpods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have go fiddle over and over for the airpod to sit correctly light comes on and goes off. what does that mean? right now the light is on but it took three tries to get it to charge. can support say what the white light is? and why is it difficut to get the light? should it be on to show it is charging? is it only white? its very ambiguous. i give it a three star because of the issue. also another issue i encountered was during initial set up it would not charge from the bedroom outlet, then i had to change the outlet, but later it worked. still a mystery.
