Wish it were all black but overall great item

So far very happy with this product The only suggestion I have is to make the white parts black so the charger is not jarringly different looking when phone and watch are not charging (for customers that selected black to match their aesthetic).

Just needs a few tweaks

Needs a stronger magnet for the phone, but otherwise good. My watch and Airpods in case charge no problem. I have an IPhone 13 Pro Max and if I take the case off, it stays connected to the unit and charges. I have a magsafe compliant case and if I hold it against the phone magnet, it will charge, but it won't hold the phone in place if I let go. So I feel if I had the option to move the angle or if the magnet was stronger to hold it, it would be perfect.

Great device. The only shortcoming is that the base could be a bit heavier. It tends to pivot when docking an iPhone. I use it with an iPhone 12 Pro, Apple Watch 6, and 3rd gen AirPods.

You may try using another MagSafe capable case, or try removing the phone case to see if it charges your phone.
