Was hoping to have a dock that would be used at the end of the day for my phone, watch and AirPods that would be easy to use. The AirPods have to be placed just right and with either a specific case or no case at all for them to charge, strike 1. The MagSafe dock for the phone is similar, specific case or no case and even then I found myself fumbling around trying to line up the magnet. After about a year the MagSafe part of this charger has stopped working, strike 2. The watch dock has been easy to use and problem free +1. I've reached out to customer service about a replacement as it has not been more than the 2 year warranty, waiting on a reply.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve had 2 of them for almost a year. The watch charger has worked perfectly since I’ve had it. The phone charger takes some time to line up correctly, which isn’t the problem. There have been times when it is lined up correctly, but the phone is not fully charged in the morning. The Air Pod charger is by far the most finicky. Even when I set the air pod case down and wait for the indicator light to come on, the headphones or case are not always fully charged by the next morning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working

This is my second wireless charger from Belkin that stopped working. I got this for Christmas and it worked great until now. It will charge my phone for about 2 minutes and then stop. It doesn't matter if my magsafe case is on or off. 2 Belkin wireless charging devices, neither of which work, can't say I like the trend.

Phone charger just stopped charging …

I’ve only had this charger since last August and I was completely in love with it, until it just stopped charging my phone this week. I’m super bummed. My watch and pods seems to be doing ok for now, but very disappointed for the money spent and what little time it lasted. I tried removing my case, un plugging to reset, moving my phone around to see if maybe it was out of line with the coil and nothing. Just disappointed and bummed.

No devices charge while docked

For some reason, my iPhone 13 Pro Max, Airpods v2, and Apple Watch 7 does NOT charge no matter how long it sits on it. The Airpods get warm, but end up LOSING charge.

Breaks after a year

Loved this charger for the year it worked. After about a year, it stopped charging my phone. I submitted a warranty claim to Belkin and they said someone would contact me in 3-5 business days about my issue. That was over a month ago and I haven't gotten any response. Also have been waiting in the live chat queue for over 20 minutes - not sure anyone is there.

Apple Watch Ultra won't stay up straight docked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the older version which did not support fast watch charging (WIZ009), and just upgraded to the WIZ017. However, now I have an issue with my Apple Watch Ultra that when it is docked, it will not stay upright. It will rotate to the right or to the left because the mount is too slippery. I went back to the WIZ009 and it does not rotate when docked, it only appears to be an issue with the newer version because there is not enough friction between the back of the Ultra and the Belkin charging mount. Otherwise, all the other portions of the charger work well and it fast charges the watch.
