iPhone just falls off

Just bought this product and my iPhone 8 Plus falls off it - the magnet doesnt work.

Only works with iPhone 12 and only without a case. Useless for me cus I have more then 1 phone in my household. And only 1 iPhone 12.

Great except….

The product is great, charges everything fast. However, I have received 2 and my iPhone still will not stay on the phone charging part. I have to charge my phone where the AirPods go. Does anyone else have this problem? I have an iPhone 11, does this have something to do with it?
