As many of the folks here complained about this device, mine stopped charging my phone after a few months. Very unreliable.

Great design, but...

Got this when it first came out a couple weeks ago. It's a great design and looks great on the desk. However the iphone charger makes high pitch noise that's impossible to ignore. If you have this sitting close to you it's highly annoying and almost a deal breaker. It's a shame as I like everything else about it.

Have to take case and phone wallet off phone. Even if popsocket wallet says phone is wireless charging compatible. It doesn’t hold with the magnet

Phone cases with pop sockets and non-official MagSafe phone cases will not work with the WIZ009. Stopped charging

I’ve loved this product up until today. It’s stopped charging after about a year of use! I wonder what would make it suddenly stop. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and taking the case off my phone. No success. It still charges my AirPods and Apple Watch though.
