Great concept and beautiful product. Problem is when using with the MagSafe case for iPhone that I have, the magnet is not strong enough and the phone falls off the stand. The only way I can use it is if I take the phone out of the case each time to charge. And that is not going to happen. This is a serious design flaw in my mind. Very unBelkin like.

Magnet doesn’t hold iPhone with thin leather case.

It’s frustrating that even though my iPhone case is the very thin Apple leather one, the magnet is too weak to hold phone in place (even without it the phone barely stays on the magnet!)... disappointing indeed!

If this was still working, I would give it four stars. It’s a nice product, but too expensive. However, when you add in the fact that the phone charger stopped working after three weeks, then I’m totally dissatisfied.

Terrible Product

The watch side seems to be OK but I cannot get my phone to hook to its side. I bought 2 and both are the same. I took off the case the phone was in but that did not help. I have to lay the phone on the bottom to get it to charge which defeats the purpose of buying this expensive charging stand.

AirPod Charging: Circle vs. Rectangle

Why is the location for AirPod charging a beveled circle? The AirPod case has ALWAYS been rectangular. If the AirPod case isn't put EXACTLY centered over the circular divet, it won't charge. You would have thought that the design engineers would have caught this and fixed this design flaw with the new version. #Belkin #Disappointed #CircleVSRectangle
