Ultra watch charging

For charging the watch. And using the apple bands, the watch face always turns sideways. Last comment was to use heavier band. Unacceptable responce

This product is good. The only problem is I have to take my case off to charge it. I have a quad lock case MagSafe compatible it will charge but it will stop charging

Disappointed

I looked to be an amazing product and I was super excited to get it out of the box and start using it right away. Unfortunately it has not been a fun experience. The iPods and iwatch hook up great. However no matter what phone case I put on my phone, and no matter what different positions I place the phone on the charger I can’t get the phone to hold. It keeps falling off due to it being too heavy. I have a iPhone 13 max which on the box indicates it is compatible with the charger. FYI it’s not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Until It Wasn't!

I loved this until it died in less than a year of use. Suddenly nothing charges. I suspect it is the plug in device but no replacement is apparently available. Expensive for something that doesn't last!

This is my favorite Belkin accessory, ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favorite Belkin accessory, ever. It has really cleaned up my bedside table allowing me to charge my iPhone 12 Pro, Apple Watch, and Airpods Pro all at once, wirelessly.
The new MagSafe standard charges faster than my old wireless charging stand, and everything is integrated into one singe adapter and cord. The cord locks in place and cannot fall out, preventing it from ending up behind furniture.
This thing looks great too, high quality materials and design with the metal arms. Only quibble would be the finish on the base. It’s a soft rubber that protects your devices, however it’s a bit of a dust magnet, at least on the black.
Got a second one for my Daughter in white, she loves it as well. Compared to similar chargers you get more for the money in a near flawless design. Highly recommended.

I had a Series 6 before but I am honestly blown away with the fast charge on the ultra and this charger. Only reason I dont give it 5 starts is cause its way to over priced. I have had this charger for 2 weeks now and never had an issue with it.

HORROR SUPPORT HELP EXPERIENCE

I decided to buy this MagSafe charger with my new Iphone 13 pro. It worked for 4 months and stopped working. I have been in circles with Belkin Support since April to just get a replacement that works. I am a technically inclined individual and it is obviously a faulty connection between the charge wire and the actual charging base. There is just no charge coming through. There is a light on the bottom of the base to let you know it is on and it does not come on. I finally got them to approve a replacement today Aug 24, 2022 after contacting them the first time on April 19, 2022. Today I had to call the support number 3 times as the first time I was told that the call was routed incorrectly and I needed to redial and try again, then I was hung up on for no reason other than again the person said it was the wrong IVR # (They sent me an email stating to use the numbers I used FYI). Finally got through to someone who could help. Asked me numerous questions trying to blame my iPhone (makes no sense). Finally said they would send me an email with instructions to get a replacement and that I would have to pay for the replacement and they would credit me back once I returned the faulty product. I HAVE NEVER!!! I have always thought of Belkin as a Top Tier company. But no longer! I will never buy another Belkin Product. This run around has been exhausting a rediculous. The amount of hours I have spent just to make this happen and the tremendous amount of patience I have had to use to not be rude to the poor Support Folks that are just trying to do their jobs is UNBELIEVEABLE!!
